What we collect

• Account data: email address and name.
• Case data: the company, category, description, amounts, dates, references and outcome you want.
• Evidence you upload: documents and images attached to a case.
• Communications you paste or upload, including company replies.
• Payment metadata from our payment provider (plan, amount, status). We never receive your card number.

How we use it

To produce your assessment, generate documents, track deadlines, operate your case dashboard, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your case content for advertising.

AI processing

Case text may be processed by an AI model provider to generate assessments and drafts. Only the content needed to produce the output is sent, and it is not used to train third-party models where the provider offers that control. The structural parts of your assessment are computed by ClaimFlash's own engine.

Storage and access control

Case data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so a signed-in user can only read and write their own records. Uploaded evidence is stored in access-controlled storage. ClaimFlash staff may access case records only for support, fraud prevention and abuse review.

Retention and deletion

We retain case data while your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where required for accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and case data at any time by emailing support@claimflash.com.

Cookies and local storage

ClaimFlash uses strictly necessary browser storage to keep you signed in and to preserve an in-progress assessment before you create an account. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage removes any unsaved draft assessment.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. Contact support@claimflash.com to exercise any of these rights.
