How ClaimFlash works

ClaimFlash behaves like a consumer-recovery case manager: it understands the dispute, finds the gaps, decides the next appropriate step, drafts the communications and keeps the clock. You stay in control and send everything from your own name.

1. Conversational intake

ClaimFlash asks only what is relevant to your claim type: the company, what happened, the amount, the transaction or booking reference, the dates, what you already tried and the outcome you want. Airline claims get airline questions; subscription claims get cancellation questions.

2. Evidence upload

Attach receipts, screenshots, tracking history, cancellation confirmations or correspondence. Evidence is the single biggest driver of recovery, and ClaimFlash tells you which pieces are still missing.

3. Free AI assessment

You get case strength (Strong, Moderate, More information needed, or Weak), a realistic recovery range, an urgency read based on the typical action window for your claim type, a plain-English explanation, the evidence gaps, and the recovery routes available to you.

4. Choose how far you want to take it

Quick Action gives you the strategy and one ready-to-send document. Claim Autopilot manages the full back-and-forth. Recovery Pro adds chargeback preparation, escalation packaging and regulator, ADR or small-claims guidance where appropriate.

5. Send, track, escalate

Your case dashboard tracks status and deadlines, stores evidence and communications, and generates the next move. Paste or upload the company's reply and ClaimFlash tells you what it really means and what to send next.

6. Close the case

When the money lands, mark the case recovered and log the amount. If it does not, ClaimFlash tells you honestly when a route is exhausted rather than keeping you busy.

What ClaimFlash will never do

  • · Represent you as an attorney or provide legal advice — ClaimFlash is not a law firm.
  • · Guarantee a recovery, an amount or a timeline.
  • · Invent statutes, case law or rights that do not apply to your situation.
  • · Contact the company on your behalf or pretend to be you.
